Our Fitness classes are for Any age group, Anyone and everyone is attended to and every single is urged to progress through class at their own pace.
Typically, a 60 minutes session includes Asana practice, Pranayama and Meditation. Our aim through it is to increase mobility, flexibility, strength, power and focus in our students.
