This program is very close to our hearts. It is tailor made for mothers-to-be, to prepare them for the physical stress they will go through in the coming months and to equip them mentally and emotionally, so that in the process providing the best for their baby, they themselves don’t forget to enjoy the journey through pregnancy.

We will take expecting mothers through exercises, to strengthen and relax their bodies and calm their souls. In the process, what we aim to do is to help them connect with the little bundle of joy they carry within them.

Prenatal yoga can be started as early as 3 months into pregnancy or as per your doctor’s prescription.
